How do I book?
Customers submit the booking enquiry form and Elite Cars Rental replies with availability, pricing confirmation, and the next steps through their preferred communication method.
What is the fee to deliver the car to me?
The delivery of your car to your doorstep is possible with your subscription. The rate is 1.75€/km from where the car is located. Our hubs are based in Barcelona, South of France,
Marbella, Madrid, South of France and all of Spain, You can pick up the car for free at any of these locations.
How many kilometres are included?
Use the April sheet logic: 150 km per day, 700 km per 7-day rental, 1,400 km per 14-day rental, and monthly by quote depending on the booking. |
Where can I pick-up my car?
You can pick up your car in Marbella at our garage, the South of France (Cannes, St-Tropez, Monaco) and across Spain. Other locations can be arranged upon request.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. Each vehicle requires a refundable security deposit. The deposit is returned after the rental period, provided there are no damages or fines.
In which country is my car registered?
All cars from the Elite Cars Rental fleet are registered in Germany. You can drive the cars everywhere in the EU with full insurance cover.
How many drivers are included in my rental?
Up to two drivers are included in your rental.
What documents are needed?
Required documents include a valid driving licence, passport or ID, and proof of address. All documents must be valid at the time of rental.
